I am unable to open a new support ticket.
Each time I click on "New Support Ticket" I am re-directed to the page to fill out the ticket details. Once all details are filled out and I click on the "Submit" button, I am getting logged out to the sign-in page.
And when I login, the ticket is not shown created/logged in Tickets.
I have tried to create the ticket in both the Chrome and IE browsers.
